Returns Policy

Coco & Louis – Recycled Designer Fashion

Coco & Louis specialises in recycled designer fashion, including pre-loved, second-hand, and selected new designer clothing, shoes, and accessories. Most items are sold on a consignment basis and are one-of-a-kind.

Change of Mind

Coco & Louis does not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect fit

  • Personal preference

  • Delay in delivery

Once a piece is sold, the consignor is paid and the item cannot be returned or refunded.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item within 14 days :

  • Has a major fault

  • Is not as described

  • Is unsafe or unfit for purpose

Because our items are one-off recycled designer fashion pieces, replacements are generally not possible. Where a genuine major fault exists, Coco & Louis will assess the issue and offer a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Condition Disclosure

All pre-loved items may show signs of prior wear. Any noticeable flaws or wear are disclosed in the product description and images.We do charge a restocking fee of 20 percent if when returned we can see no visible reason for the return. iI it does not meet the below conditions 

  • Has a major fault

  • Is not as described

  • Is unsafe or unfit for purpose

 

Normal characteristics of second-hand garments do not constitute a fault.
